Steve Bannon suggested at the New York Young Republican Club’s 112th Annual Gala Says Trump Could Run Again
First let's just come out and state the true correct information that President Trump cannot run again in 2028 because of the 22 amendment to United States constitution. It states in the amendment that a person can only be elected president twice. Since Trump won in 2016 and 2024 he cannot be elected President
Steve Bannon hailed Donald Trump for “his third victory” and suggested he could run again in 2028.
Bannon was addressing attendees at the New York Young Republican Club’s 112th Annual Gala, at Cipriani’s in New York.
“Donald John Trump is gonna raise his hand on a King James Bible and take the oath of office. His third victory and his second term,” Bannon said.
“And the viceroy Mike Davis tells me that since it doesn’t actually say ‘consecutive,’ that—I don’t know? —maybe we do it again in ’28.”
The crowd roared its approval.
President Trump phoned in to thank the Young Republicans.
Also in attendance at the swanky gala were Matt Gaetz, Dan Scavino, Rep. Mike Collins, Jack Posobiec and leader of Reform UK, Nigel Farage.
