Donald Trump, all eyes will be on the legal document..

Now that a New York City grand jury has indicted former President Donald Trump, all eyes will be on the legal document that outlines the charges. But the charges are likely to relate to Trump’s involvement in a $130,000 payment his former lawyer Michael Cohen made to Stormy Daniels on the eve of the 2016 election. Sometimes prosecutors file a bare bone charging document that doesn’t reveal much. In other cases, prosecutors paint a far more vivid picture of their allegations (with detail that isn’t required to meet the elements of the crime) Rep. Eric Swalwell, D-Calif., called the indictment of Trump a "somber day for America." Who Despite $174k annual salary, Swalwell has failed to pay down student loans. NBC News reported earlier that Bragg left his office Thursday flanked by his security detail and did not make any comment. Hours after a Manhattan grand jury indicted him, Trump said he can’t get a fair trial in New York. In a post on Truth Social, Trump said: “They only brought this Fake, Corrupt, and Disgraceful Charge against me because I stand with the American People, and they know that I cannot get a fair trial in New York.
