Is not the American Hero but a vindictive and self-serving motive driven bitch. Boy did I upset the masses of Liberals, first yea i do think he is self-serving motive driven person and it has nothing to do with the me too movement!

  His 2019 book Catch and Kill: Lies, Spies, and a Conspiracy to Protect Predators is just propaganda! detailing allegations of sexual misconduct against film producer Harvey Weinstein five days after The New York Times published the findings of its own investigation into Weinstein. No denying Harvey Weinstein is a scum bag and I never did defend him on the pod-cast at all even though I did buried Ronan Farrow.

    A year prior, NBC had decided against airing Ronan's initial findings because they deemed it un-newsworthy! I agreed with it and stated so on the pod cast. I never discredited the me-too movement at the 10:00 I defended, I did however call some the fact tabloid news you know "sensational in a lurid or vulgar way". I do believe that the ladies could of said no it would of been easier for us twisting the sexual harassment and sexual assault as one of the same both are wrong but one is illegal in the court of law!

It is defined as unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors.Sexual assault, as defined is intentional sexual contact, characterized by use of force, threats, intimidation, abuse of authority or when the victim does not or cannot consent. Sexual assault includes rape, forcible sodomy and other unwanted indecent An expression of refusal or lack of consent through words or conduct means there is no consent (i.e., “No Means No”).

   Rose McGowan alleged that Harvey Weinstein had raped her,and that Amazon Studios dropped her project after she complained. 1Amazon Studios dropped the project cause it was deemed unprofitable Weinstein allegedly summoned her to a meeting at a restaurant, which was later relocated to his hotel suite. McGowan described being shown to his room for what she believed would be a meeting to “plot out the grand arc of my career”. Instead, she alleged, after a half-hour discussion about her career, he held her down on the edge of a jacuzzi and raped her. Later he allegedly called her and described her as “a special friend”.

     However a bodyguard who exited the room states he exited as Mcgowan was disrobing as advance was made by Mr.Weinstein, that don't sounds like rape to me. November 29, 2017, NBC terminated Matt Lauer following allegations of "inappropriate sexual behavior." Ronan Farrow said it was a rape in his book but one again people reportedly saw Matt Lauer and the victim holding hands and making out in the hallway, not really rape!

      Catch and Kill: Lies, Spies, and a Conspiracy to Protect Predators does not have the full facts just some of the factual information twisted with some fiction and its just propaganda for him to make some money. The well-worn casting couch remains Hollywood’s guiltiest dirty little secret not going to denie that, but 1 asks for a favor from 2 for a part is not rape it is sexual harassment but not a Sexual assault if 2 agrees. In August 1992, the American film director Woody Allen was accused by his adoptive daughter Dylan Farrow, then seven years old, of having sexually assaulted her in the home of her adoptive mother, the actress Mia Farrow, in Bridgewater, Connecticut.When the allegation was made, Mia Farrow and Allen had been in a 12-year relationship and had three children together: two adopted children, Dylan and Moses, and one biological son, Satchel (now known as Ronan Farrow)The assault is alleged to have taken place eight months after Farrow learned that Allen had been having an affair with another of her adoptive daughters, Soon-Yi Previn, who married Allen in 1997; Previn was a first-year undergraduate and 21 years old when Farrow found out about the relationship.

The state's attorney in Litchfield, Frank Maco, said publicly that he believed the child had been molested. He was not obligated to make his decision, or his reasoning, public. but it could of been that New York Department of Social Services found "no credible evidence" to support it using the same file The state Department of Social Services informed Mr. Allen in a letter dated Oct. 7 that it had closed the 14-month-old investigation. "No credible evidence was found that the child named in this report has been abused or maltreated," the letter said. "This report has, therefore, been considered unfounded."Dylan Farrow has repeated the allegation several times as an adult, although with important modifications with respect to the original narration of 1992 as it was described by Mia Farrow!

     On August 18 Allen held a news conference at the Plaza Hotel. Calling the molestation allegation "an unconscionable and gruesomely damaging manipulation of innocent children for vindictive and self-serving motives," he alleged that, during a meeting on August 13, Farrow's lawyers had demanded $5–8 million hush money.the two psychotherapists treating the children, Dr. Coates and Dr. Stcuhtzconcluded: "It is our expert opinion that Dylan was not sexually abused by Mr. Allen. That the manifestations of Dylan were not true and had been made by an emotionally vulnerable minor.That she had been taught or influenced by her mother."

       Allen filed complaints with the Connecticut Criminal Justice Commission and the statewide bar counsel over Maco's statement about probable causeIn February 1994 the statewide Grievance Committee ruled that, while Maco had not violated the state's code of conduct for lawyers, his statement was a cause of "grave concern".In Mia Farrow's 1997 memoir, What Falls Away,Farrow repeated the accusation that Allen had sexually abused Dylan Farrow. So I guess the saying of like mother like son is true. In December 2017, following the Weinstein controversy, Dylan Farrow wrote an op-ed in the Los Angeles Times asking, "Why has the #MeToo revolution spared Woody Allen?" Dylan because your father didn't do any inappropriate sexual behavior at all !
